Una jornada de dos semanas dedicada al aprendizaje sobre el desarrollo f\u00edsico, la fertilidad y la higiene personal.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7\">La actividad, dirigida a participantes de <b>9 a 14 a\u00f1os<\/b>, estuvo a cargo de las tutoras <b>Ninosca Huanca<\/b> y <b>Elisia Vega<\/b>, quienes guiaron a los grupos tanto en las sesiones te\u00f3ricas como en los talleres pr\u00e1cticos.<\/p>\n<h4 data-path-to-node=\"8\"><b>Primera Semana: Aprendizaje y Conocimiento<\/b><\/h4>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"9\">El programa inici\u00f3 el lunes <b>13 de octubre<\/b>, desarroll\u00e1ndose diariamente en el horario de 2:00 p.m. a 4:00 p.m. Durante esta primera etapa, se abordaron temas fundamentales de manera diferenciada:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"10,0,0\"><b>Grupo de Ni\u00f1as:<\/b> Recibieron ense\u00f1anzas sobre la anatom\u00eda femenina (\u00abconocer nuestras partes \u00edntimas\u00bb), sus funciones biol\u00f3gicas y orientaci\u00f3n sobre c\u00f3mo gestionar la llegada de la menstruaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"10,0,0\"><b>Grupo de Varones:<\/b> Se les instruy\u00f3 sobre el aparato reproductor masculino, sus funciones y la fertilidad masculina.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 data-path-to-node=\"11\"><b>Segunda Semana: Talleres Pr\u00e1cticos y Manualidades<\/b><\/h4>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12\">Del <b>20 al 24 de octubre<\/b>, se realizaron las sesiones pr\u00e1cticas para consolidar lo aprendido:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"12\"><b>Elaboraci\u00f3n de Materiales (Ni\u00f1as):<\/b> Las participantes aprendieron a crear sus propias herramientas de gesti\u00f3n menstrual. Cada ni\u00f1a confeccion\u00f3 su <b>toalla higi\u00e9nica reutilizable<\/b> (utilizando tela de toalla, algod\u00f3n, tela impermeable, corchetes, aguja e hilo) y arm\u00f3 su propio <b>collar del ciclo menstrual<\/b>. Adem\u00e1s, recibieron toallas desechables.<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"12\"><b>Reforzamiento (Varones):<\/b> Se realiz\u00f3 una retroalimentaci\u00f3n de los temas vistos y se concluy\u00f3 con la entrega de un <b>kit de higiene<\/b> personal para cada uno.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 data-path-to-node=\"14\"><b>Objetivos y Logros<\/b><\/h4>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"15\">El objetivo central del programa fue describir y normalizar el ciclo menstrual y la fertilidad utilizando herramientas did\u00e1cticas como el \u00abCollar del ciclo\u00bb y el kit \u201cMaduramos Juntos\u201d.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"16\"><b>Resultados:<\/b> La actividad fue sumamente positiva. Se logr\u00f3 que las ni\u00f1as comprendieran el funcionamiento de su sistema reproductivo y valoraran el uso de las toallas reutilizables.
